This is not a PhysX, Sizebox, or Unity problem it's a model topology problem that failed silently in the past. The more times the error appears, the more meshes that are affected. This is due to one or more meshes in the model only containing degenerate triangles. This is due to the model using a MMD shader and Sizebox running under DirectX 12. It's common for a model with one of these problems to have the other however, they are separate problems. This section will hopefully clear up any conflicting information.
